With the integration of SPay Global payment gateway, the app will provide Trienekens’ customers and app users with a convenient and secure way to pay for requested waste management services and conduct transactions online.
Another exciting update is the addition of the ‘Green Living’ section which introduces an array of interesting and useful information on sustainable living, fun activities, listings of green events and businesses in Kuching City.
Trienekens Customer Care App is also equipped with other useful features that provide comprehensive waste management services and solutions for the public, such as the application for new bins for new premises, the application for bin replacements for damaged or lost bins, quotation request for RoRo containers for disposal of bulky waste, and so on.
