What Is The Additional Collection Request (ACR) System?

The ACR System is based on a user-pay principle, providing a disposal avenue for customers who generate large amounts of waste due to the nature of their business.

To expand their current basic entitlement, a customer can apply for additional collection frequency or additional bins from the respective Local Authority.

An official written application must be made to the Local Authority concerned and upon approval, the Local Authority will instruct Trienekens to provide the additional service.
