Customer Service During MCO Period

Trienekens’ Customer Service counter at its Head Office and Depot, Jln Sg Tapang will receive customers with enhanced health and safety measures during the Movement Control Order (MCO) period.

For container services, new bin applications or to repair/replace damaged bins, members of the public are required to use Trienekens Customer Care app (available for Android and iOs), call Trienekens’ Hotline at 082-612300, or email customercare@trienekens.com.my for assistance.

Stringent SOPs such as scheduling of appointments, checking in with My Sejahtera, filling health declaration form, temperature screening, hand sanitizing, physical distancing practices and periodic sanitizing of facilities are in place to ensure our premise is a safe environment for all. All customers must adhere strictly to the company’s guidelines.
