The usage of wheel bins under the council jurisdictions of Kuching North City Council (DBKU), Kuching South City Council (MBKS) and Padawan Municipal Council (MPP) is compulsory.

All residents are required to dispose of waste into the wheel bins provided and wheel out the bin on time for collection according to schedule.
