How Do I Collect A Bin For My House?

To make an appointment or for further assistance, call Trienekens Hotline at +6082-612300 (Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm), email customercare@trienekens.com.my or contact the company through its mobile app, Trienekens Customer Care.

A copy of the following documents are required for verification purposes when collecting the bin:

  • Utility bill (SESCO, Telekom or KWB)
  • House assessment bill
  • Identity card
