Bintulu– Effective from 21 March 2011, Trienekens (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd. Bintulu Branch will be operating from new premise based at the following location. Following from the move, Trienekens Bintulu’s corresponding address will also change while its main telephone, fax and HOTLINE numbers remains unchanged:

Trienekens Bintulu new office in the Kidurong Industrial Estate will house several in-house facilities essential to the overall smooth operation of integrated waste management services. It will become the centre for management overseeing the overall business operations in the northern part of the state, ranging from the collection, transportation and disposal of both municipal and scheduled and hazardous wastes from customers. It is also a logistical centre equipped with truck fleet shade, a maintenance and repair workshop, a wash bay area and a bin collection centre.
Bintulu residents are advised to go to the new location to collect their household Mobile-Garbage-Bins (MGB) for their new houses or replacement of lost or stolen bins.
NEW OFFICE...Directions to Trienekens' Bintulu Branch Office. The public can proceed to the new location to obtain new bins or matters relating the waste management services.
Customers intending to dispose of municipal or scheduled and hazardous wastes can also contact the Customer Service telephone number mentioned above to enquire or request for any of waste management services provided by Trienekens (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd. Enquiries or problems relating to household waste collection and schedule are to be referred to the HOTLINE and Customer Service Personnel at 086-253959.
