For larger amount of green waste, bulky waste or construction waste, residents can contact Trienekens HOTLINE or Customer Care for disposal service at a reasonable fee.
“In view of the raining season, we also like to remind residents keep their domestic waste tightly secured inside garbage bags and to ensure the wheel bin’s lid is closed at all times to prevent rain-water from mixing with waste,” said Mr. James Bilong, Trienekens’ Department Manager for Logistics Operations. “To reduce leachate spillage, residents can drain out any form of liquid such as soup or gravy from their kitchen waste before throwing it into the bin,” he added.
Trienekens also appeal for public co-operation to help maintain the cleanliness of their neighborhood together by not discarding any unwanted items along the roads or back alleys in their housing area as such acts are considered illegal and punishable by law.
