Special CNY Promotion For Disposal Of Bulky Waste

ONE SIZE FITS ALL...Residents can use the RoRo containers to dispose of all kinds of waste such as bulky waste, renovation and garden waste.
Kuching – Festive seasons normally see a sharp rise in the volume of household and bulky waste as spring cleaning activities in the city picks up speed and that includes the upcoming new lunar year celebration.
About a month before the celebration, residents will be busy cleaning their houses, clearing old furniture and replacing them with new ones, as well as painting and renovating their houses. Around this time, residents are also faced with the problem of disposing bulky waste.
Understanding these needs, Trienekens (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd. is now offering a special promotion rate for the rental of the containers to all residents for the whole month of January 2006. The waste management company is offering the 16cbm waste container at RM120.00 per trip which is 30% off the normal rate. Containers are placed for a maximum of 3 days.
“We would like to encourage the residents to take up this seasonal offer. Not only is the rate attractive but it also helps to ease the residents’ burden in disposing of their bulky or spring cleaning waste,” said Mr. Victor Chin, Business Development Executive at Trienekens (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd.
“The residents can also share the containers with their neighbours and initiate a mini cleaning activity at their housing areas. The collective effort will also help in enhancing the cleanliness of not only their houses but the surrounding housing area as well, as it eliminates indiscriminate dumping and littering,” Mr Chin added.
The container services offered by Trienekens include placement, transportation and disposal of wastes. Residents can dispose renovation waste, bulky waste, garden waste and spring-cleaning wastes into these containers. The advantage of using these containers is that they are able to accommodate all kinds of waste. Toxic wastes are however, not to be disposed of in these containers but to be collected separately. Subsequently, the wastes are being disposed of in a proper and environmentally-safe manner.
