Trienekens Bintulu also appeals for public co-operation to use their wheel bins properly and to pack all wastes in proper garbage bags. For additional wastes, which cannot fit into the wheel bin, should also be tied-up in garbage bags (for green wastes such as branches to be cut and tied up neatly) and placed next to the bin. Household residents are urged not to indiscriminately dump their bulky/garden waste as such acts are considered illegal dumping.

Waste should be kept tightly secured inside a garbage bag and the lids closed at all times, especially during this rainy season to prevent rain-water from mixing with wastes.

For further information on the collection services in their area during the festive period, the public can call Trienekens Bintulu Hotline at 086-253 959.
